Servicing & Maintenance
The everyday work that keeps a bike safe, reliable and worth riding. Servicing is carried out to manufacturers' schedules — and where some workshops offer only a cursory inspection, we strip things down and look properly.
Brake Servicing
Calipers are stripped down and lubricated as they are inspected. Some workshops only offer a cursory look and miss potentially critical problems. Your brakes, your life.
Tyres & Wheel Balancing
New tyres and wheel balancing — we get what you want at competitive prices.
Chain & Sprocket Replacement
Drivetrain inspection and replacement. Our rule of thumb: if you can get your toothbrush between the chain and the rear sprocket, it is definitely time to do it.

Repair & Diagnostics
If there is a problem you just cannot quite identify, we are very good at working out what is wrong and then fixing it. In fact we do this for a number of local dealers when they get stuck — and if there is expensive work needed, you will know before it is started.

Diagnostics & Fault Finding
The latest diagnostic tools from TEXA on site. If there is a problem you cannot quite identify, we are very good at working out what is wrong and then fixing it.
MOT Preparation
Pre-MOT inspections, and then sorting out the MOT for you. If there is work needed, you will know about it before we do it.
Accident & Insurance Repairs
Accident repairs — the classic “you bend 'em, we mend 'em”. Insurance work or paid privately, whichever suits you better.

Performance & Track
Fuelling systems supplied, fitted and custom-mapped. Engines rebuilt on the bench. Track day preparation from a workshop that runs its own track day bike, so you know you are in experienced hands.
Performance Tuning
We supply, fit and then custom-map standalone engine management and fuelling systems such as Power Commander and Bazzaz, alongside TEXA Navigator tuning on site.
Engine Rebuilds
Full or partial engine rebuilds, carried out in-house on the bench. Normally taken on over the winter.
Track Day Preparation
Pre-track day inspection and set-up. Have you got enough rubber? Are the brakes up to standard? Did you remember to take your lights off? What about an oil change, or a new air filter?
Specialist Ducati Tools & Expertise
We hold one of the largest ranges of specialist Ducati tools in the Southeast — and, just as importantly, we know how to use them.

Insurance-approved security fitted properly, the accessories you actually want on the bike, and collection if you cannot get to the workshop.
Accessories & Security
Supply and fit of insurance-approved alarms. SNS are certified Datatool alarm installers, so your bike is protected properly. We also fit aftermarket accessories such as on-bike SatNav, wired in and mounted so it works properly and stays put.
Bike Collection & Delivery
If you cannot get to the workshop, your bike can be picked up at a location and time convenient to you. Just ask when you call.
